OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children experience transformation, hope, and inspiration. We aim to help each child realize their worth and potential, empowering them to feel their best selves despite their disabilities.

CHI Academy's adage, "Change, Hope, and Inspiration," reflects its core mission and philosophy in providing specialized education to students with disabilities.
Together, "Change, Hope, and Inspiration" represent CHI Academy's dedication to fostering a supportive, growth-oriented atmosphere where students are encouraged to reach their highest potential.
We Believe…
CHI Academy holds strong beliefs in the potential of every student, emphasizing that with the right support—through intentional instructional strategies, engaging curricula, and a strong alliance between school, family, and community—students can achieve academic excellence, master social and behavioral skills, and develop into well-rounded, responsible individuals. The academy is dedicated to fostering passionate learners and servant leaders who are equipped to thrive in a diverse, global society.
OUR VISION
Our Purpose
The purpose of CHI Academy, Change, Hope, and Inspiration is to equip students with disabilities with the academic, social, and emotional skills necessary to successfully navigate their educational experiences and excel in their academic careers. Students are enrolled in CHI Academy because it offers specialized educational instruction and support that typically cannot be provided by public school districts.

As a result of the educational programs and services offered at CHI Academy, students will achieve the goals outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). All students will develop appropriate self-advocacy skills, see increases in self-efficacy and improve their social-emotional functioning, leading to positive interactions with peers and staff. Furthermore, students will be equipped with the skills necessary to successfully reintegrate into their home schools.
CHANGE
CHI Academy emphasizes creating transformative educational experiences that bring about meaningful change in students' academic and social-emotional development. The academy seeks to change the narrative for students with disabilities by offering them the support and tools they need to thrive, both in school and life. This change extends to helping students overcome obstacles and empowering them to develop self-advocacy, confidence, and independence.
HOPE
CHI Academy nurtures hope in students, their families, and the broader community by offering a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Through individualized support and targeted instruction, students are given hope for their future, knowing they are capable of meeting their goals and overcoming challenges. The school instills the belief that every student has the potential to succeed, regardless of the difficulties they may face.
INSPIRATION
CHI Academy aims to inspire students to push beyond their perceived limits and develop their unique strengths and abilities. By cultivating a growth mindset, students are encouraged to embrace creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for learning. The academy also serves as a source of inspiration for families and educators, demonstrating the power of inclusive and tailored education to positively impact students' lives.
